If the car goes to company, it will also be necessary to present CNPJ and Certificate of Antecedents by of the Federal Justice, State and Militar of each of the administrating partner owners or managers, of the Districts where have been stated in the last five years.

The Military Area authorizes the armoring of the vehicle and makes its registration in the system control of the Army. DFPC (Management of Fiscalization of Controlled Products) then it reviews the application form data to Denatran (National Department of Traffic), in Brasília, that makes the registration within the state organs of traffic.

A copy of the Term of Responsibility of the armory comapny, with the proprietor's application, more copies of the armoring authorization and of the licensing certificate will be sent to the Military Area which will emit an authorization with all the data of the vehicle and the proprietor's.
